Objectives

1. Learn the normal radiographic anatomy of the heart and great vessels.
2. Learn to distinguish normal and abnormal pulmonary vascular patterns.
3. Learn to recognize cardiac chamber enlargement.
4. Learn how to arrive at a differential or specific diagnosis using a combined anatomic and physiologic approach to the chest radiograph.
