Luxatio Erecta Shoulder Dislocation Inferior dislocation of the glenohumeral joint. Patient often presents with his arm in 110-160 degrees abduction and in much pain. Mechanism of injury resembles the presentation in that the arm was hyperabducted. Neurovascular bundle damage can result.
