High Resolution CT > Objectives

Objectives

1. Know the high resolution CT appearance of air trapping, bronchiectasis, centrilobular nodules, pleural effusion, ground glass opacity, honeycombing, lymphadenopathy, mosaic attenuation, perilymphatic nodules, randomly distributed nodules, septal thickening and tree-in-bud patterns.
2. Know how the differential diagnosis of each of these findings.
3. Know how combinations of findings can lead to a shorter differential diagnosis.
