67 year old male with history of treated scalp melanoma now with palpable bilateral parotid gland enlargement. PET/CT ordered for restaging.

There are bilateral parotid gland masses with increased FDG activity (maximum SUV 6.7 and average SUV 4.7) compatible with metastatic melanoma.
