Adenomatous PolypsAdenomatous polyps constitute 10-20% of all gastric polyps and represent a true neoplasm with malignant potential. They are histologically characterized by intestinal metaplasia and cellular atypia. Adenomatous polyps are typically solitary and most commonly located in the gastric antrum. |
